Kinder Plateau

Up above Edale in the Peak District national park is the Kinder plateau.

It’s a harsh moorland environment. The site of the 1932 mass treaspass and last resting place for numerous WW2 planes.

The Millstone grit weathered by the harsh winters, the winds, rains and frosts have become an eerie collection of natural sculptures.

Many have names but they appear different from different angles and to different people.
